4. Booking Procedure & Contract Formation

  • How to Book: Bookings are made via our website or email. We accept queries over the phone, but a confirmed booking will need to be made via our website. A booking is considered confirmed only once we have received your payment and you receive a Booking Confirmation from us.
  • Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that all details provided during the booking process (dates, contact info, guest numbers) are accurate.
  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your slot. All prices shown are in full unless otherwise stated.

5. Amendments and Rescheduling (Exchange Policy)

Customer Requests: If you wish to change your booking date or time, please notify us at least [e.g., 48 hours] in advance.
Availability: Changes are subject to availability. If we cannot accommodate your new requested time, the original booking remains valid unless cancelled under Section 3.
Admin Fees: We reserve the right to charge a small administration fee of a maximum of £5 for any manual changes made to a confirmed booking.

  • More than 7 days notice: You are entitled to a full refund [minus any non-refundable card processing fees].

We do not use AI automation or generated material for practices and offering. 

The only time we may use AI is for the generation of videos, however all voiceovers and humans in videos are genuine and created by a human and not AI generated. We do not use enhancers or similar for any our work.
